XLink Kai Evo7 (auto)update

The update is nearly ready to go live - I'll let everyone know when that happens. Also, changes to the orbital servers code will go up at the same time - meaning you're all gonna get thrown out once or twice at some point. Here's the fix list as it stands, I'll keep it updated until we roll the update.
* Win98/ME GDI keak fixed
* Private rooms open (but passwording disabled - soon for that).
* Engine issues in large areas fixed - should minimise lag in massively busy arenas.
* Engine issue with millions of local consoles appearing in perf. panel - killing speed.
* User counts in area (I was tempted to leave this as is for pure amusement .. "-546 Xbox Players" .. Lol)
* Config tool gets a facelift and a couple more options
* Misc. UI fixes.
I'm looking into the login hanging and bail on contact list issues. Oh yeah - and if WinPCap tells you to restart, *restart dammit* :P TD

NOTE: All users of win98/me, please contact me on msn amber_leaf@hotmail.com to resolve resource issues. Also all issues we have seen in the forum are being looked into, hence updates may be delayed.
