NeodashX v1.3

>> A new version of NeodashX (MS-dashboard based hack) has been released.

What's new/fixed:

* Possibility to display 5 to 10 tabs and you can order them like you want
* Fixed bug preventing to run XBE from E, F and G drives
* Fixed bugs in Controlpanel and Playlist
* Fixed bug where commands stopped responding during DVD-Video playback
* Fix hazardous bug freezing the Xbox
* Added Playlist.ini, memoryx.ini and temp.ini for executables
* Added colors.ini for dash colors
* Added graphical mod on all menus
* Update of FTP code (thx Yoshihiro)
* Translation of FTP menu and Controlpanel in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian

TO DO :

* Fix a bug for memory card and for access to D: drive during a ftp connection
* Add skin (with textures) manager
